Thryve Pilates & Wellness is Miami Springs’ premier sanctuary for Pilates and advanced recovery, and the first studio in Miami to bring red light therapy into every class. Build resilience on the mat, restore deeply in the suite.
Pilates Classes: Heated or Non-Heated
Three class styles, each 50 minutes, at our studio in Miami Springs.
Sculpt · Foundation · All Levels
The signature THRYVE class. Mat Pilates fundamentals layered with intentional movement, breathwork, and infrared heat. You’ll feel every muscle — and leave taller than you walked in.
- 50 minutes
- 90–105°F infrared heat
- Mat work · light props
- All levels welcome
Burn · Cardio Pilates · Intermediate
Pilates meets high-intensity. Expect faster transitions, elevated heart rate, and a full-body burn that keeps going long after you leave the mat. Music drives every movement.
- 50 minutes
- 95–105°F infrared heat
- Free weights · resistance bands
- Intermediate level
Flow · Restore · All Levels
Slower. Deeper. More intentional. Flow focuses on spinal mobility, core connection, and the foundational principles of Pilates — without the heat, so you can go inward.
- 50 minutes
- No heat — room temperature
- Mat · magic circle · ball
- All levels welcome
The Recovery Suite
Recovery is part of the Thryve experience, not an afterthought.
- Infrared Sauna: full-spectrum infrared panels that heat your body from the inside out — not just the air around you.
- Cold Plunge: cold immersion triggers your body’s natural recovery response — reducing inflammation, sharpening focus, and leaving you energized.
- Normatec Compression Therapy: dynamic air compression boots that use rhythmic pressure to ease tired, heavy legs after a workout.
- Red Light Therapy: therapeutic red and near-infrared light designed to support your body’s natural recovery. Thryve is the first studio in Miami to integrate red light into all classes.
